capcut is a completely free app for both android and ios users. it has multiple features with amazing transitions,

prequle is many users because it is both photo and video editing app with most aesthetic filters and text!!. and it is very easy to use without any hustle like any other app. you just need a good video and a perfect filter for it.

snow is a camera app used by over 200 million people around the world. its similar to apps like B612 but I prefer snow over it because I think it has more effects and also provide editing option for imported pictures and I use this app when I am on busy schedule or too lazy to get the editing done. you just need to add your picture and add your favorite filter and you are done!
